Bright Sky

This is a refashion from one of my brother's shirts that he had outgrown. I took off the collar, put elastic in the waist and added lace to the sleeves. This probably one of my favorite refashions! Mainly because it was so easy!:)

Depressing Literature

I built a snowman yesterday!:) His name is Maurice.






This is what I wore to school yesterday. I went shopping over the weekend and bought the top at Charlotte Russe and the ring at Forever 21. The shoes I bought at Maurices for seven dollars!! I have to buy some insoles for them, because the arch isn't so great, but I think they're quite the steal!

Suggestions

No project pictures today! But, I promise there will be one soon!:) I have a question to ask of all the fashionable bloggers out there: what fashion magazines would you recommend?? I am looking to subscribe to one or two, but don't know which ones; Elle, Glamour, Vogue, Teen Vogue, etc. (I already subscribe to Lucky). I'm also a cheapskate, so a one-year 40 dollar subscription is a bit much!:) Any suggestions???

Ivory Lattice

Here is the clutch I was talking about. It turned out better than I thought it would. I always seem to have trouble with squares and rectangles not being square or rectangular!:) This is for sale in my shop.

Commonplace

I made this pouch/ clutch for my sister. It's from the leftover fabric from these keychains.



Remeber this skirt that I made? Well, with the other part of that curtain I made a longer version. This is also for sale in my shop.
Nothing exciting to write about. I will have another post soon, with a really cool (or so I thought:) clutch. I was looking through all my fabric the other day, and pulling out all these less than a yard pieces of fabric, so you'll probably be seeing a lot of accessories projects.

Valentine's Day (for lack of a more original title)

I had these two fabrics that i couldn't decide what to do with. So, I decided to make more than one thing! I made this skirt, the key-chain, and I'm working on another skirt. I really like the key-chain one. I made it a little bit more fancy than the last ones, with a flower button and some lace I took off of a nightgown.
These are both for sale in my Etsy shop! Also, does anyone else really want to see this movie?!?!?!?I think it probably has all my favorite actors and actresses in it!!
